Stock
All goods are in stock and ready for delivery. Should we run out of stock and we have to delay your order you will be notified with the option to cancel.
If you have a complaint then please email us at complaints@instant-unlock.co.uk replies are usually sent within 24 hours but please allow up to 72 hours before attempting to contact us again.
Returns Policy
All of the products on sale have met our high quality-control standards. However, if you find a defect with any product purchased or the goods received are incorrect, please e-mail us at: returns@instant-unlock.co.uk or write to us by post.
We will then arrange for a replacement or a refund to be given to you. We recommend Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery for returning items, or Royal Mail Special Delivery for higher value items. Refunds are the total amount of money paid by you for the goods, less any costs to collect the goods, and are paid within 30 days, starting with the day on which we agree to give you a refund. Refunds by credit card are made to the same credit card that was used for the original purchase. The above conditions are in addition to your statutory rights, which are not affected.
Your right to Cancel
Once you have received your order you have a seven day cooling off period where you can return the goods for any reason within seven days of delivery (starting the day after the receipt of the goods).
To cancel this contract, you can either email us at returns@instant-unlock.co.uk with the subject of the email reading "Returns"
or you can cancel by letter addressing it to : Instant-Unlock, 9 Radcliffe Lane Scawthorpe Doncaster, DN5 7XS Note : If you are returning an item that isn't faulty you are responsible for returning the items and they must be received by us in a resaleable condition. The item must be as new and must be complete with all components and the packaging must be not be damaged. Note that if these conditions are not met we may not accept returned goods.
If an item is faulty we would ask that you notify as soon as possible either by email or post. We will then arrange for a replacement or refund to be given to you. We recommend Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery for returning items, or Royal Mail Special Delivery for higher value items.

None of the above affects your statutory rights.
None of the data given to us by you will be used in any way shape or form other than to communicate with you abou your order. We will not pass any of your details to any third parties.
Our website uses BarclayCard encryption. You therefore have the knowledge that your details are being looked after by one of the UK's biggest banks. This is safe for inputting your credit card details in. Orders are not decrypted until they reach our systems so your card details are not held in clear text for anyone else to see.

Delivery Schedule All orders received before 12 noon are despatched the same day. If an item is out of stock you will be notified of the delay with the option to cancel the order.

Unlock Codes
Unlock codes are made to order and as such are not subject to the usual 7 day cooling off period. No refunds will be given for orders for unlock codes. If you receive an unlock code and you believe it to be incorrect then please contact us and we will check it for you. If the code provided is the right one for your phone and you are still having trouble then we will pay for you to send the phone to us so we can check the code for ourselves. If we check the code and we find it to be incorrect then we will refund your payment. We do take great care to ensure the codes provided to you are correct. Most of the codes come direct from the phone manufacturers themselves. The rest come from the network operators.
