We have split the Sony Ericsson unlocking instructions into two parts

Next you need to load the Total Multiserver software. Once you have loaded it you need to do the following things.
1) Select your phone manufacturer and model from the top left corner.
2) Make sure the "unlock phone + reset user / lock code" box is ticked
3) Where it says "Computer Com port and Cable settings" you need to select the com port that you saw in the device manager as in the last image.
4) Tick both of the DTR and RTS boxes
5) Insert the username and password we gave you into the boxes provided.
Now you need to :
1) Make sure the cable is connected to the computer but not to your phone.
2) Make sure that your phone is switched off but that the battery is fully charged.
3) Click make selected jobs and when the software says press the on button of the phone connect the cable to the phone.
The software should now automatically unlock your phone as below. If it stays on the "!!! Press ON button of the Phone !!!" then just tap the on button of your phone and the process will begin.
