Once you have ordered the unlocking product you will receive an email with the download link. Simply download the file to your desktop.
Next you need to unzip the file. Using Win XP, right click the file and select extract here.
Now you need to transfer the extracted file to your phone using the cable that came with your phone.
Once you have done that simply run the program on your Qtek and it will unlock itself to all networks permanently.
