Before attempting to unlock your Blackberry phone with this software please check that your phone has compatible firmware. You can do this by going to : SETTINGS then OPTIONS and ABOUT as in the images below

If you have a firmware version of 4.0.X.XXX then you are ok to proceed with the unlock using this software.

If your firmware version is of the format 3.X.X.XXX then you will need to click here and perform an upgrade of your software first.

READING THE UNLOCK CODE

1. Before you start please close down all other applications and disable your firewall.
2. Connect your blackberry to the PC via the usb cable.
2.1 If windows now detects a new device (this will happen if it is the first time you have connected your blackberry to your pc) then a new hardware wizard will appear. Select no not this time if asked about connecting to the internet. On the next screen select "install software automatically (recommended)" and click on the next button. Windows will now search for and install the drivers. Click on the finish screen when windows has finished.
3. Start the blackberry unlocking software by going to Start > Program Files > JIC Technology > JIC Nextgen Server Client
4. Enter the username & password that you purchased from us ( If you haven't yet done so click here Blackberry unlock code)
5. Make sure "main server" is set under server settings
6. Select Berry under phone setting
7. Press "Get berry codes" on the software
8. Within 30 seconds the software will now display the unlock codes on your screen.
9. You can now disconnect your Blackberry from your PC
