Firstly you need to download the Alcatel unlock software
You will also need an unlocking cable and a username and password for the software. If you havent already got these then you can order from the alcatel unlock pages on our website. Just select your phone model and enter your payment details to receive your unlock details.
Once you have downloaded the software you need to extract it to a folder and run it.
You will be presented with the screen below, make sure that alcatel is selected as the brand in the top left hand corner.
You will need to insert your username and password into the bottom left hand corner.
You then need to connect your phone to the cable and to the computer. Then press the read codes button on the software. This will calculate your unlock code for your phone.
Once you have the code visit the Alcatel unlock code instructions page for details on how to enter the code into your phone. The whole process should take no more than 5 minutes once you have the software downloaded.
